Shira Rice
Shira Rice is Propeller's Operations Manager, ensuring the success of the Ocean MBA and other events, back-office operations, Fund administration, and marketing projects.
Shira spent over a decade with a women’s clothing brand in Chicago as the Director of Sales & Marketing, leading wholesale and dtc ecommerce sales, internal operations, and customer service. Shira then transitioned to marketing and client engagement for work/life family benefits company Bright Horizons where she managed marketing and email automation projects for client and marketing teams.
Eventually returning to her home of New England, Shira now lives with her husband, two children, and puppy. Of course, escaping whenever possible to favorite coastal spots Gloucester MA and Portland ME!
