- What’s novel about Reel’s tech – Reel is laser focused on achieving real texture with a new, natural and reproducible approach unlike any we’ve seen.
- Why we’re excited about this market – We know that the tragedy of the commons will degrade fisheries that cannot be managed or that are cross-national. Cell-based seafood can reproduce the original, without much of the complexities of terrestrial animals.
